Delivery times are estimates only. Shift & Grow Consulting LLC is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

Purrfect Family is a brand name used for marketing purposes; the legal operator is Shift & Grow Consulting LLC. Shopify and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We may provide access to third-party tools provided “as is” and “as available.” Use of these tools is at your own risk. We do not control or endorse them.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Services are powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Shift & Grow Consulting LLC. Shopify is not responsible for purchases or transactions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, with exclusive jurisdiction in Albuquerque, NM.
