Order Processing Time

All of our products are made to order through CustomCat. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped.

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within an estimated 3–7 business days in the United States, depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or high demand are outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Shift & Grow Consulting LLC (operating as Purrfect Family) is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, Shift & Grow Consulting LLC (operating as Purrfect Family) is not responsible for replacement or refund.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
